Located in the heart of Brussels, VIAGE is more than just a casino. With a 600-seat theatre, rooftop terrace, meeting rooms, and several unique event spaces, we host a wide variety of B2B and B2C events, from corporate gatherings and conferences to cultural showcases, nightlife events, and private celebrations.
We are now looking for a driven, social, and trilingual Event Coordinator to bring our venue to life and make every event unforgettable.

Your role

As our Event Coordinator, you’ll be the key contact for all event-related matters from first client contact to final applause. You will coordinate with internal departments (F&B, security, facility, operations) and external partners to ensure a seamless experience for every guest, whether it's a business meeting for 10 or a spectacular event for 1000.

Your responsabilities

Be the first point of contact for event clients: handle inquiries, site visits, quotes, and bookings

  • Coordinate all event logistics from A to Z in close collaboration with internal departments
  • Create unforgettable experiences for guests by ensuring every detail is taken care of
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and execution to ensure smooth delivery
  • Work both on strategic planning and hands-on execution of events
  • Keep a close eye on event trends, competitors, and opportunities to innovate
  • Support the marketing team in promoting public-facing events when needed
  • Ensure events reflect the VIAGE brand and our commitment to excellence
Your profile
  • You speak French, Dutch, and English fluently – both written and
    spoken
  • You’re flexible: evenings, weekends, and last-minute changes
    don’t scare you
  • You have event experience, preferably in hospitality,
    entertainment, or cultural sectors
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and know how to juggle
    priorities
  • You’re naturally social, curious, and enjoy building strong
    relationships with clients
  • You thrive under pressure and can keep your cool while ensuring
    things run smoothly
  • You’re a team player who understands how to collaborate across
    departments
  • You bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to every project
